I have a firm belief that building brand loyalty is about more than just 'points'. It's about understanding customer needs and wants to continuously offer relevant rewards and benefits.

Best known for British politeness when giving feedback, living my best life by the sea in Devon, having the worlds coolest dog to adventure with and being the person who gets up at 6am to run around new cities when travelling for work.
